Tree deaths, frosts and hailstorms make caring an almost impossible task every year. The reward is often only small harvests of unique and highly aromatic fruits, which are processed exclusively in our products.
Tasting note: The Apricot Liqueur is complex, has a multi-layered scent of juicy apricots, fresh peels and dense fruit on the palate. The Liqueur is not too sweet but still strong, well woven acidity, and an infinitely playful fruit in the finish.
