Chardonnay

The most common grape variety in the world is in Styria more known as "Morillon". The Chardonnay Pomace Brandy produces very fruity, slightly strawberry-esque, full-bodied and extract-rich wines with fine acidity taste. The fresh and wine-based pomace from our supplier is distilled directly after the wine was pressed. After the distillation the distillate is aged in stainless steel tanks for several years. A special experience for those who like fruity grappa.

Tasting notes: The aroma of fresh grape juice is surrounded by a hint of chocolate bananas and yellow pineapple. The Chardonnay Pomace Brandy tastes fruity, mineral and is particularly mild and soft on the palate.
