Himbeere

The "queen of the fruit brandies" impresses with its intensity, like an explosion of ripe raspberries themselves. The fruits ripen on the southern slopes of the Vockenberg, in our home village of Stubenberg am See. Already during the harvest, only the softest fruits are sorted out for us and are delivered pre-cooled.

Tasting notes: The Raspberry Brandy has an incredible aroma of fresh raspberries, surrounded by a hint of passion fruit. When you close your eyes after your first taste, your senses still will be accompanied by caramelised vanilla and peach tones. The Raspberry Brandy is strong on the palate with light fruit sweetness, clear and structured, as well with a pleasantly delicate bitter note in the finish.
